
Delivery Information
We aim to dispatch all orders within two working days from the date of your order providing the goods are in stock. Customers will be contacted within this period should there be an unexpected delay or if the goods are out of stock.
The delivery charge is £5 on all items regardless of weight. Please contact the store for a quotation for international delivery which will be based on destination and weight of the goods.
Pure sole offer free delivery on all orders above £100 within the UK.
All UK goods will be shipped via Parcelforce and international goods via Royal Mail International Registered. Please ensure someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the order. Responsibility passes to the customer at the point of signature.
Parcels sent via Royal Mail International Registered provide for a signature on delivery and compensation for loss or damage during transit. You should note that some countries (notably USA and Canada) do not recognise compensation limits associated with the International Registered service and as a result we do not offer this alternative to those destinations.
Goods delivered within the UK are offered on a 2-5 day delivery service from point of dispatch. If you wish to view the status of your order please e-mail info@puresole.net and we will provide you with a consignment number providing the goods have been dispatched. You can then track your goods via www.parcelforce.co.uk.
If your goods have not arrived within the 2-5 day window please contact us via e-mail and we will investigate. Please ensure that your delivery corresponds with the invoice and advise of any discrepancy upon receipt of the goods at info@puresole.net.
Note: We strongly advise all customers to thoroughly check merchandise upon delivery prior to the removal and disposal of packaging and tags. Please be aware that shoes must be returned in their original box. Failure to comply with the above instruction will result in the goods not being accepted. In the unlikely event that an item is delivered without tags please notify us by return of e-mail.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Returns
Arrived Damaged or Faulty- If your goods arrived damaged or are faulty your first action is to inform us by email to info@puresole.net within 7 days and preferably within 48 hours. Our Returns Department will then arrange the return of these goods and we will replace the goods at no charge or refund any money paid for the goods and postage. Faulty Goods - If your purchase was received in good condition but has subsequently developed a fault, please email us in the first instance to info@puresole.net with a short description of the problem and ideally a photograph of fault and we will respond.
Non-Faulty Goods - Non-faulty goods must be returned within 3 days after receiving the product. In the first instance please contact us by email to info@puresole.net preferably within 48 hours. Our Returns Department will then contact you with the relevant procedure. Provided the goods are received in brand new, never been used condition, within the same packaging and all tags and labels intact, we will fully refund the price of the goods. You will receive your refund within 30 days although usually much sooner. Unless the reason for return is due to a mistake by Rubber Sole, you will be responsible for the cost of the return postage and ensuring that we receive the goods in the above condition. We recommend using a signed for, insured delivery method for your own peace of mind.
Refunds
Faulty Goods - All verified faulty goods will be fully refunded and we will also pay for the return postage. Please note that the verification process may mean we have to send the item back to the manufacturer. You will receive your refund within 30 days although usually much sooner.
Non-Faulty Goods - Non-faulty goods must be returned within 3 days as detailed above. Provided everything is in order we will fully refund the price of the goods including postage where paid. The return postage will not be refunded unless the reason for return is due to a mistake by ourselves.
Cancellations
